Lost or Stolen Driving LicenceA lost or damaged Singapore driver's licence can be replaced by applying to the Traffic Police Headquarters. There is a fee.
To Change Address on a Driving LicencePermanent Residents (PRs) and Singapore citizens can change their address details at the police station. FIN pass holders (those on Employment Passes and Dependent's Passes) should register the change of address at the Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA).
