Admission, transfer, and discharge of patients to and from the clinic ward. Carry out physician’s order, record administration of medicines, perform basic care procedures including physical assessment, vital signs, and attend to nutritional needs of patients. Report adverse conditions and significant signs and symptoms to the attending physician. Ensure and promote a safe working environment to prevent infections. Provide information and support to patients and family members regarding current health status.

CLINIC ASSISTANT (PART-TIME), San Agustin Pediatric Clinic,

Complete patient registration, prepare and dispense prescribed medications, and assist the doctor during consultation periods of pediatric clients. Assess vital signs, height/weight measurement, and general reflex check for baseline data. Carry out basic administrative duties such as ordering medication and supplies, payment collection, and encoding of patient’s pertinent records. Clean and organize utilized clinic equipments and other facilities.
