How do we get a refund from the Halloween horrors event at Night Safari? I hope somebody can share thanks.

My son is very disappointed that they have cancelled this event. We've been going to this event for the past two years. I haven't heard any news regarding the the refund.

I still don't quite comprehend why they have wasted a million dollars only to scrap this event. The best time to have done it is next year.

Never been a fan of Halloween. Why edify all these gory and scary characters?! Besides a halloween event does not add value to wildlife conservation.
