We had brunch at the Four Seasons restaurant called The Line and I must say that it's the most family friendly restaurant. They have a separate menu for kids with a very relaxed ambiance considering its a 5star hotel. Must try for all families.

Good to hear it has improved.

Last time I went, we asked to move away from the families with kids. We had advised them that we were a party of 8 adults. The area we sat in was very hot as the aircon didn't seem to work. They did eventually bring fans. Extra drinks that were ordered had to be brought back 3 times as they hadn't listened and kept getting it wrong...lemonade with Angostura bitters We booked for the second sitting only finding that we had to wait for 20 minutes as the previous sitting was still there. We had to queue to get down the escalator. They ran out of raost lamb on Easter sunday. So haven't been back since.

I'm not a bif Line fan either for all the reasons you said Jennifer..great food but poor service and long queues..my favourite brunch is still the Fullerton, light, airy atmosphere, attentive staff and great food (eggs bendict - yum!)..but pricey these days and it's only an occasional treat!
