Keeping it Clean

One of the things that makes Singapore attractive to any expatriates is the ready access to a large pool of skilled, willing and low-cost domestic workers. However, it must be remembered that Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) lays down strict procedures that must be followed when employing domestic labour. 

Navigating the paperwork
