Perfect Provenance
Historically Singapore was located at the crossroads of trade between the East and West, so it's no surprise that international influences abound in the cuisine. From chilli crab to laksa, the foods of Singapore are influenced from the outside, but have that certain something that makes them singularly Singaporean.
